1. Complimentary Portrait Sessions: I will have the opportunity to participate in exclusive photo shoots during my Brand Model Rep term. Some may be styled shoots with various themes such as seasons, prom, holiday, and more. I may also have the opportunity to participate in other activities with the model rep team, such as get togethers and volunteering for charity organizations. I understand that I’ll have opportunities to participate in any Limited Edition planned (value $179 per session) and my own personal individual session, each model rep term. Participation is encouraged in all Limited Edition session events but not required. Choose whichever sessions speak to you!
2. Sharing Photos: I will receive a custom photo gallery that I can share with family and friends. This app will have a collection of individual and team photos from our shoots as well as any images I decide to purchase from my sessions. I understand that the images will be branded with JJP's logo. Sharing on social media is encouraged, but no filters may be applied that will alter the appearance of the image and effect the artistic integrity of the JJP brand. When I share images on social media from my photo sessions with JJefferson Photography, I am encouraged to give photo credit by posting the website as www.jjeffersonphotography.com, or tagging JJefferson Photography in the social media post, or both.
3. Individual Portrait Session: I will have the opportunity and experience of my own personal individual session and will receive exclusive Model Rep pricing for my personal print and product order. This exclusive pricing cannot be shared outside of the model rep team or my immediate household, it is an exclusive benefit for Brand Ambassador Model Reps ONLY. I will have one Reveal & Ordering session to view and order any prints and products, if I choose. Any items I would like to have will be purchased at the exclusive pricing at this ordering session only. I understand my custom photo gallery will remain viewable for me to purchase and/or download purchased digital products for at least thirty days. I understand that in the event I do not purchase, or download purchased digital products within this specified time frame they may not be available at a later date.
4. Non-compete: I will represent JJefferson Photography exclusively and may not model for or represent any other photographers until after my Model Rep term year unless specific permissibility has been received from JJP.
5. Severability: If I am found to be participating in any inappropriate activities or behavior that could in any way reflect badly on or negatively effect JJefferson Photography, I may be removed from the Model Rep program.
6. Referral Rewards: During my rep term I will have the opportunity to earn referral rewards if any BOOKINGS secure and pay for a portrait session with JJP. I understand these referral bookings must designate my name at the time of booking during my rep term to receive proper credit and rewards.
7. Digital Images, Prints, Products and Copyrights: The photographs, digital images or prints produced by JJefferson Photography are protected by U.S. Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without JJP’s explicit written permission, other than as outlined in this contracted Model Rep term. I understand that all images taken of me or my minor child are the artistic & copyrighted property and I hereby give permission to JJP to use my photos and likeness in all forms and media for advertising, portfolio, demo, trade, stock photography, editorial, altering without restrictions, and all other lawful purposes. I hereby acknowledge & irrevocably consent to and authorize the use and reproduction of any and all photographs taken during the course of my/my childs Brand Model Rep Term, whether negative or positive, for any purpose whatsoever, without compensation to me. If I happen to dislike a certain image, I will discuss this with JJP immediately for consideration for non-use. I further acknowledge I received a mutually agreed upon compensation for my participation as a model via Brand Model team benefits of complimentary sessions, gifts and exclusive discounts. JJP has made available to me, both digital and physical products for purchase if I so choose. I understand I am not obligated to purchase any products, whether digital or physical. I understand, JJP grants social media and web usage of web optimized branded images only.
